- Single Tooth Replacement: In case of loss of 1 tooth, dental implant is the best and most economical option in the long run.

surface and no passive eruption of implants.

case you have lost all of your natural teeth, you have the option of
full arch implant supported bridge where 6-8 per jaw implants are
required to give you 20 to 28 teeth bite.
- Over dentures - Implant supported dentures: If
your anatomical, physiological, psychological, social and/ or economic
factors does not allow for fixed replacement, we can give you a more
secure and stable bite using your dentures and 4 implants per jaw.
Why dental implants are equivalent to natures copy?
Dental implants are effective replacement for the lost tooth. Good quality Jaw Bone and stable systemic health are important considerations before planning Dental Implants. A dental implant is surgically inserted beneath the gum in to the bone. In a few months, when the dental implant are fused to the surrounding bone, the artificial crown/s are attached to the abutment portion of implant fixture.

- The surgical procedure is done under local anaesthesia to make it painless. Dental implants are placed immediately after extraction, in 4-6 week healed extracted socket, healed jaw bone in case extraction was done long back. The procedure takes approximately 30-90 minutes depending on the no of implants.
- A temporary crown or bridge can be placed immediately in case of aesthetically important missing teeth either with temporary implants or if the fixtures of our planned implants show good stability.
- Post surgical complications are generally mild and are managed by antibiotics and analgesics.
- A 2nd phase surgery may be planned after a period of 4-6 months, if the implants are submerged below the gingival tissue. It is a very short procedure involving exposing the implant surface and fixing a gingival former or abutment for the final prosthesis.
- You will get the final prosthesis with in a week or two. It is fixed in place with the help of luting cement or with screws depending on the design of implants.
